When you submit the intake form on this site, we collect:

• Your approximate MRR range
• Any details you share about your churn concerns (optional)

We do not collect any data automatically through cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this page.

We use this information solely to:

• Assess whether our service is a good fit for your business
• Respond to your enquiry within one business day
• Communicate with you about the review you requested

We do not use your data for marketing, newsletters, or any purpose other than responding to your specific enquiry — unless you explicitly ask us to.

We process your data based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — you have submitted an enquiry and expect a response.
