1. Who we are
This site (saas.quickaihq.com) offers Reactivation Revival, a done-for-you reactivation email service, and is operated by Holistic IIUniverse Ltd (Company No. 11302315), trading as QuickAIHQ, registered in England and Wales at 4 Craven Hill Gardens, London W2 3ES. We are the data controller.
We are registered with the ICO, registration reference ZC188656.

2. No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no analytics or marketing cookies and runs no trackers. That's deliberate. Our host (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for security and performance, on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).
3. What we collect when you buy or get in touch

4. If you share your customers' data with us
If, during a project, you send us data about your customers (for example, engagement stats or segment details from your email platform), we act as your processor: we use it only to deliver your project, keep it confidential, and delete it within 30 days of project completion. Where practical, share aggregate or anonymised data instead.
5. Who processes data for us
- Stripe — payments (Stripe Inc., USA — transfers protected by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum / Standard Contractual Clauses)
- Vercel — website hosting and server logs (Vercel Inc., USA — same safeguards)
- Google Workspace / Fastmail — email and document storage
We never sell personal data.
6. Retention
- Enquiry correspondence: up to 12 months after our last exchange
- Project correspondence and deliverables: 24 months after delivery
- Payment and invoice records: 7 years (HMRC requirement)
- Your customers' data shared for a project: deleted within 30 days of completion
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, or to receive it in a portable format. Email contact@quickaihq.com — we respond within one month.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
