Terms of Service — Reactivation Revival
Effective date: 6 July 2026 (new page — this site currently has no terms)
1. Who we are
Reactivation Revival (saas.quickaihq.com) is provided by Holistic IIUniverse Ltd (Company No. 11302315), trading as QuickAIHQ, registered in England and Wales at 4 Craven Hill Gardens, London W2 3ES ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@quickaihq.com.
By purchasing, you agree to these terms. We are registered with the ICO, registration reference ZC188656.
2. Business customers only
Reactivation Revival is a business-to-business service for D2C and SaaS companies. By purchasing, you confirm you are buying for business purposes, not as a consumer.
3. The service
A done-for-you reactivation email package comprising a written sequence of 5–8 reactivation emails, tailored to your business from the brief and materials you provide. Delivered as copy documents ready to load into your email platform — we do not need, and do not take, access to your systems.
Delivery: within 7 business days of receiving both your payment and a completed brief. The clock starts when we have everything we need from you, not at payment.
Revisions: the price includes two rounds of revisions, requested within 14 days of delivery. Revisions refine the delivered sequence; they don't extend to new scope (e.g. additional sequences or different campaigns).
4. Price and payment
The price shown at checkout (currently £297 at the founding rate; standard rate £497) is payable in full, in advance, via Stripe. Prices may change for future purchases; the price you paid is the price you pay.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide a complete, accurate brief and respond to reasonable questions promptly — delays on your side extend the delivery timeline.
- Ensure you have the right to send marketing email to the audience you'll use the sequence with, and that your use complies with UK GDPR and PECR (or the laws that apply to you). We write the copy; the lawful basis for sending it is yours.
- Review deliverables before sending — you are responsible for final approval.
6. What we don't promise
We bring 14+ years of CRM and retention experience, but email performance depends on your list, brand, product, timing and deliverability. We do not guarantee any specific open rates, reactivation rates or revenue.
7. Refunds and cancellation
- Before work starts: full refund on request any time before you submit your brief.
- After work starts: no refund once we've begun work on your brief, except where we fail to deliver — if we don't deliver your sequence, you get a full refund.
- If we can't proceed for reasons on our side, we'll refund you in full.
8. Intellectual property
On full payment, the delivered email copy is yours — you own it and can use, edit and reuse it in your business. We keep the right to use anonymised, non-identifying descriptions of the work (e.g. "wrote a reactivation sequence for a UK skincare brand") in our marketing; we won't name you without permission.
9. Confidentiality and data
We keep your brief and business information confidential. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. If you share your customers' data with us, we act as your processor and delete it within 30 days of project completion.
10. Liability
Our total liability arising from the service is capped at the fees you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or revenue. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Deliverables are marketing copy and strategic recommendations — not legal advice. Confirm compliance requirements with a qualified solicitor if in doubt.
11. General
These terms are the whole agreement for the service. We may update them for future purchases; the version in force when you buy is the one that applies to you. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
